Terms for agencies
Seven commitments between you, the families we introduce, and us. Plain English on the left of the law, always.
- 01Eligibility
You are CQC-registered and the person signing up is authorised to represent the agency. Registration details are drawn from the public CQC register and cannot be edited here — corrections go to CQC.
- 02Honest profiles and prices
Services, rates, availability and photos must be true and kept current. A weekly price quoted in an introduction is a commitment to that family, not an opening position. Profiles found to mislead are suspended pending correction.
- 03Match conduct
Reply to a match or pass within 72 hours. One introduction per match; one answer per family question; no contact details in any message. Families decide when numbers are shared — soliciting contact earlier is a breach.
- 04Family data
Details received through a match are confidential and may be used only to respond to that family. No marketing, no lists, no onward sharing. When a match closes, delete copies held outside WellChosen. For data you hold, you act as an independent controller under UK GDPR.
- 05Fees and cancellation
Your fee is the subscription price shown at sign-up — nothing per match, no commission on care delivered. Cancel any time from Billing; paid access runs to the end of the billing month. Partial months are not refunded.
- 06Outcomes and reviews
When a family shares their number, report the outcome truthfully — started, chose another, or didn't proceed. Outcomes feed your WellChosen score. Fabricated outcomes or solicited reviews are grounds for suspension without refund.
- 07The relationship
WellChosen introduces; the care agreement is between you and the family. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email — continued use is acceptance. Governed by the law of England and Wales.
